Device mockup
Drop one screenshot, tick the frames you want (phone, tablet, laptop, desktop monitor, browser window), choose how it fills the screen, a background, a shadow and the canvas size, and download one PNG or WebP per frame, or all as a ZIP. The frames are our own generic drawings with no manufacturer artwork. Everything is drawn by your browser on this device.

How it works
- Choose or drop a screenshot. A capture at the device's own resolution (for example 390 × 844 or larger for the phone frame) stays sharp.
- Tick the frames, pick fill or whole screenshot, the background, shadow, canvas size, file format and export scale.
- Press Make mockups, check the previews and the sharpness notes, then download each file or the ZIP.
Questions
Whose frames are these?
Ours. Each frame is a plain drawing made for this tool: rounded rectangles, a camera dot, a laptop base, a monitor stand, a browser bar with three dots and an address field. No manufacturer artwork, logo or trademark is used, so the output carries no licence from anyone else. The screen area of each frame is listed next to its name.
How is the screenshot placed?
Fill scales the screenshot to cover the screen and crops what does not fit, keeping the top by default because most screenshots are scrolling pages, or the centre if you choose. Whole screenshot scales it to fit inside with black bars where the shapes differ. The screen corners are rounded with the frame.
What do the canvas sizes mean?
Auto puts the frame on a canvas just larger than itself, with the margin you set. The store listing sizes match common phone (1284 × 2778) and tablet (2048 × 2732) listing screenshots; the social sizes are square, landscape and story. Custom takes any width and height from 64 to 4096 px. The frame is scaled to fit the canvas with the margin around it; export at 2× doubles every pixel for retina screens.
Why does it say the screenshot will look soft?
The note compares the screenshot's own pixels with the pixels it is drawn onto at the chosen canvas and export scale. When it is enlarged more than a little, the result blurs, and the tool says by how much. A capture at the frame's screen size or larger, or a smaller export, keeps it sharp. Nothing is sharpened artificially.
PNG or WebP?
PNG is lossless and keeps a transparent background. WebP is much smaller for a mockup with a photo-like screenshot but is exported here without transparency, so a transparent background becomes white.
What is not here?
No perspective or tilted views, no multiple screenshots in one scene, no packaging or product templates, and no cloud preview or sharing. Sensitive details in a screenshot are yours to blur before you start.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The page loads a small script into your browser and every operation runs on your device. You can check this yourself in the browser's network panel: after the page has loaded there are no upload requests. Closing the tab discards the file.
Do I need an account or to pay?
No. These basic tools are free, have no limits set by us and store nothing on our servers. The practical limit is your device's memory for very large files.
What does this page keep in my browser?
Nothing you open or type. While the tab is open, the tool pages keep a short list of the steps taken in it, in the tab's session storage: the step (page opened, started, succeeded, first success, used again or failed), the tool's name, the time, how many files were used and, for a failure, an error code; never a file name, the contents of a file or your text. It holds at most the latest 200 steps, and the browser deletes it when the tab closes. The page never sends it. Where a Report a problem button is shown, you can attach the last 20 steps to your report; nothing is attached unless you tick that box. In local storage the page keeps only choices you made: a Light or Dark theme until you choose System again, the language you picked with the EN / 中文 switch if it differs from your browser's language, and this tool in your recently used list if you switched that list on at the tools page.
