Sign in to see your plan. Every Matrix account starts on the Free plan: 100 files and 2 GB per transfer, 5 GB of sending per calendar month, links kept for 1 or 3 days. Transfer Plus costs US$19.90 a year or US$2.99 a month.

Questions
Who sees my card?
Only the payment provider, Airwallex. Upgrading and changing the card open its hosted page; Matrix stores the subscription's state (plan, status, renewal date), never the card.
What happens when I cancel?
Transfer Plus stays until the end of the period you paid for; nothing is refunded and nothing is charged again. After that, new transfers use the Free limits. Transfers you already sent run to their expiry unchanged. You can undo the cancellation any time before the period ends.
What if a payment fails?
The provider retries the card for a while and the plan stays on during the retries; the status here reads "Retrying a failed payment". Change the card from this page if the old one no longer works. If the retries fail, the subscription is cancelled and new transfers use the Free limits.
Is tax added?
No. The prices are in US dollars and are what is charged. Your card issuer may convert the currency at its own rate.
