Your Workspaces
A Workspace is a company's shared space: its Members send Transfers from it, its Owner and Admins see and revoke every Transfer sent in it, and the Team plan gives it a shared monthly Allowance. Every account also keeps its own personal space, which is not a Workspace.

Every Workspace starts on the Free plan and shares its Owner's personal allowance; the Team plan (US$99 a year or US$9.90 a month, five Seats included) gives it 300 GB of sending a month, 20 GB per transfer and links kept for up to 7 days.

Questions
What can each Role do?
The Owner (one per Workspace) buys the Team plan, appoints Admins and removes anyone. Admins invite and remove Members, change Roles below Owner, and see and revoke every Transfer of the Workspace. Members send from the Workspace and see and revoke their own Transfers there.
How does an Invitation work?
An Owner or Admin invites an e-mail address with a Role. The mail carries a link that works for seven days. Accepting needs a signed-in Matrix account whose verified e-mail address is the invited one, and a free Seat (five per Workspace).
Whose allowance does a Workspace use?
On the Free plan, Transfers sent from a Workspace count against its Owner's personal allowance and follow the Owner's plan limits. That allowance is the Owner's: only the Owner sees how much of it is left, and Admins and Members see what the Workspace itself sent this month and the plan's limits. A transfer that does not fit what is left is refused when it is sent. With the Team plan the Workspace has its own shared allowance of 300 GB a month, 20 GB per transfer, and links kept for up to 7 days, which everyone in the Workspace sees.
